KBA identity verification.
You upload your documents via a link we provide you to the portal, then we will review your documents, you will sign them digitally & we will provide our digital notarial signature & seal!
Lastly, your certified documents will be available for your immediate download & use!

appointment process is quick & easy:

* Appointments are shown in real-time - pick the date & time that works best for you.

* Payment due when you book your appointment - for your convenience we accept all major Credit & Debit cards, along with Apple Pay & PayPal.
* We will send you a prompt email receipt, confirmation of your appointment & a link to our online portal.
* Preparing for your appointment - please have handy your valid USA issued ID, your document(s) & know what type of notary certificate is needed. If you are unsure, please check with the asking party or your attorney prior to your appointment.

* During your appointment, together via Live Video Conference - we will review your documents, you'll affirm your identity using KBA identify verification, you'll sign your documents digitally & we'll provide our digital notary signature & seal for you!

* Once the appointment ends - your documents will be available for immediate download on your end!
