I-9 Employee Verification

Employment, New Job, I-9 Citizen & Immigration form, Identity Verification, Employee Verification

Congratulations, you got the job!

We are here to assist employees & employers with obtaining & providing accurately completed I-9 Citizen & Immigration forms as required for employees hired to work in the USA in compliance with Federal Employment Regulations.

How our I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification works:

We offer the flexibility of our Mobile or Remote Online Service - we will meet with you at your convenience in-person or online!

* We will verify the Employee's Identity - an unexpired, valid USA Issued Driver License, USA issued ID Card or USA Passport is required to be presented.

We will verify the Employee's authorization documents - Employee's must demonstrate their legal eligibility to work in the United States - Social Security card, Birth Certificate, Naturalization &/or Immigration Employment Authorization documents are required.

We will review your I-9 form - this is to ensure both the Employee & Employer sections are accurate & complete to avoid unnecessary penalties & that your onboarding is successful!
