Our Professional Liability limit (Errors & Omissions coverage) is $1,000,000 & we are annually certified & background screened by the National Notary Association so you can be confident in allowing us to handle all of your notarial needs!

Our Notary appointment process is quick & easy:

* Click Book Online - then choose the Mobile or Remote Online Notary Service you need!

* Appointments are shown in "real-time" - you pick the date/time that works best for you!

* Each appointment lists an approximate time frame so you can plan you day - most 1-2 page documents take 15-20 minutes - Estate Planning/Real Estate Loan Packages take a bit longer.  

* Payment is due once you've chosen your appointment - for your convenience we accept all major credit & debit cards, along with Apple Pay & PayPal! 

* We'll send you an immediate receipt & written confirmation of your appointment. 

* At your appointment, you'll need valid USA issued ID, your document & to know what type of notary certificate is required. If unsure, please check with your requesting party or attorney.

* We'll meet in person or online, review your documents, affirm your identity, you'll sign if/as required & we'll provide our notary certification & seal for you!

*Once our appointment is concluded, we kindly request your review of our service!​​​
