List of Commonly Notarized Documents

* Affidavits: a written statement that a person swears to be true under the penalty of perjury.

* Bills of Sale: transfers ownership of personal property (motor vehicles, boats, trailers etc.)
* Contracts: business contracts, employment contracts, rental & service agreements etc.
* Educational Documents: school transcripts, diplomas, accreditations, recommendations etc.
* Estate Planning: end of life documents to express your final wishes for business & personal property & financial asset distribution - Living Trusts, Deeds upon Death, Wills etc.
* Financial & Asset Verification Forms: ensures one has the financial means to repay a loan.
* Health Care Directives: Durable/Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will, End of Life Instructions, Medical Release forms, Health Care Instructions etc.
* I-9 Forms: US Citizen & Immigration form for employee identity verification & employment authorization to work in the USA.
* Immigration Documents: forms requiring notarization to satisfy immigration requirements.
* Medical Documents: Health Care Directives, Medical Power of Attorney, Releases etc.
* Parental Permission Forms: generally to allow a minor to travel without a parent present.
* Power of Attorney: legal document allowing an individual to appoint another to manage their affairs (financial, medical, property etc.) if the individual is unable or unavailable.
* Quitclaim Deeds: transfers real estate property from one person to another.

* Statement of Consent: allows for US Passports to be issued for a minor or dependent.
* USPS 1583: generally used by small &/or home businesses to allow a commercial mail receiving company to receive & open mail on behalf of the business.
* Vehicle Affidavits of Loss: sworn statement of lost titles for vehicle property.
* Vehicle Title Transfer: transfers vehicle property from one person to another.
* Wills & Trusts: Estate Planning documents for proper handling of your final wishes.
